OLIVER’S MIRACLE FOUNDATION was thought of and established in 2009 by his grandfather. As you can imagine, Oliver’s medical expenses have been astronomical. It was his grandfather’s intention to establish a foundation that would aid in Oliver’s medical care. The foundation is run by his grandparents and is strictly non-profit. It is the intention of Oliver’s parents to allow the foundation to “grow”; using the money only when absolutely necessary. They have been told that Oliver’s need for surgeries and medical equipment will span his life.
